Which is sufficient to explain your obsession with the irrelevant. Who cares that John Rogers wrote a movie script considered one of the ten worst of all time? I know you fancy that was a nuclear blow, but really, I don't give a rat's ass. You completely miss the point:
It's about the words, not the author.
Whatever his other failings, John Rogers came up with a little epigram that's both witty and insightful. I endorse every word of it, and wish I could be half so clever.
