Why? Because the Republicans have won the last two elections. (both ever so "close").
The Bush family has CIA and crime family ties.
They have ties to Diebold electronic voting machines who's director "promised" the Republicans this election.
This administration lies and uses dirty tricks no better since the days of Nixon. They have struggled to gain and keep their power, the end process which they wouldn't throw to chance.
Is that enough of an anser?
