...ripping Europe when the Euro dropped when it was introduced? It was taken to be a sign that this whole unified Europe notion was doomed to failure (why, exactly, this would make them happy, is a puzzle to me).
Wonder what the current thinking is, now that the dollar is the embarrassment?
