Interestingly, this is exactly the approach the Democrats and media took when leaked memos revealed their political shenanigans on vital intelligence committees and on the approval of judges, and, for that matter, when Joseph Wilson was shown to be full of shit.

Of course, using the same damn argument from both sides is pretty much standard operating procedure. See also: "popular vote/illegitimate president"
