In case the article didn't make that clear, Dr. Caulfield was given the option to refuse.

"When your country asks, you do it" has a specific meaning. Judging by how this has been treated by the Left elsewhere on the internet, I'm beginning to see that we are dealing with an area of human behavior completely alien to them.
