Not bad
The CGI was okay imo. The idea that the facial features would be projected is reasonable. The story was fair and worth watching.
I had some problem with the androgynous nature of the bots. Not at all as Asimov saw them and spare me the worn out "will you be my friend" line.
As to the betterment of humanity reason to break the 1st law, Asimov had a far greater respect for the wisdom of robots. He would have never foretold evolution of the zeroth law allowing robotkind to act in the way it was spun it this movie. They were far too wise in his universe. :)
