Colombia, UNLIKE México, Chile, Uruguay, Perú & Guatemala, has NOTHING to do with the Moon Treaty banning property rights in space. This could be a catalyst for other countries down there, in a few different ways. Only around 4 OTHER countries worldwide have anything to do with that socialist treaty (and neither Russia nor China are parties to it).
