Then again, the frequency was only about one every 2 days, and I am a vigilant user of SpamCop

(hope these aren't 'famous last words' .. but in any case my email address will change from around March next year, and I will be absolutely careful with my new one, using a Yahoo address for any commercial transactions etc.)

But I wonder if Spammers could be scared of with this judgment .. too bad the 'denial of service' idea, where the spammers' beneficiary dotcommers would get deluged, turned out to be illegal ..

They might not be able to be made to pay the fine, but surely they could be physically tracked down, using cross-referencing of IDs and other trails, and jailed ..?
