Who said anything about surrendering. My problem is the utter incompetent manner in which this administration chose to go and toprosecute this war. What in God's name are hundreds of American soldiers doing having lunch in a canvas tent when the enemy is well within mortar range?!? Why don't we have enough armored vehicles over there? Why aren't all of our fighting men and women outfitted with body armor? Why did we go to war on the basis of an utterly failed intelligence?!?
