that the uranium mining and nuclear power generation has also increased during similar time period as the global warming.

In 2001 the production was about 36,360 tons and in 2011 it was about 54,610 tons.

As I understand it; man made greenhouse gasses are by-products of heat generation from burning of stored chemical energy, whereas nuclear energy is the conversion of mass into energy.
The by-product of nuclear energy is radioactivity, that generated radioactivity will be on the Earth's surface for thousands of years and in the process of disintegration will generate heat.
