...I personally folks need to chill a little. If the Republican's wish to pursue a legal challenge, they're welcome to do so - its their legal right. Let the judiciary examine their claims dispassionately with objectivity and regard for the law.
The problem is that folks from both parties have overheated the rhetoric. I think cartoon pretty much says it all:
Legal challenges were inevitable no matter what the outcome. I wouldn't blame the Democrats for going to court, so I can't blame the Republicans for doing so. In this country, we have three branches of government for a reason.
