This should be interesting.

Make sure it includes an occupying military force which is not accountable to Iraqi authorities or laws, and can shoot up anything it wants to at will.

Can torture citizens without being accountable.

Can pick the candidates who can run and who can't.

Can determine the measures which can be voted upon.

Has instutited edicts which can't be changed.

Love to see it.
