Dynasties
Been reading a number of analyses on both sides of the aisle over who the Republicans are going to field in 2008. Common wisdom seems to be that Jeb Bush is out, because the "dynasty" issue would be too hard to overcome, i.e. the horror that yet another Bush could become President.
This is kind of amusing in a historical light. Anyone old enough to remember the times when liberals and a lot of other Americans would have been as happy as clams to see Kennedys in office until the end of time?
