Oppy was drawing closer to that mysterious vissicated metal object.
JPL scientists had never seen anything like it.

Suddenly!~ less than a meter away, Oppy's imaging systems recorded
a final series of images showing an awesome, science-defying transformation of that irregular elongated object.
As dumbstruck scientists at JPL observed the final incoming images on their monitors, they could see it morphing into a much larger object: a smooth, dark flat rectangular body.

Engineers at JPL were equally flabbergasted....Telemetry from the Oppy's onboard
computer systems indicated that Oppy was undergoing some strange, reality-defying
evolution...Oppy was becoming intelligent.
The last transmissions from Oppy were the most 'mysterious' of all.
No one could explain it; It was like a well-orchestrated highly technical 'prank'.
But it was no 'prank'. Oppy's last transmission somehow transliterated itself onto all the computer screens at JPL as "My G-d! It's full of stars!"
