A love of one science doesn't imply a love of another. Always loved particle physics (relates to chemistry), but most other forms of physics especially electromagnetism just irritate me because I don't see the why of it. I don't understand EM, but once you accept the impact of positive and negative most everything in chemistry makes sense. Start with chemistry and evolution and most everything in biology makes sense. I digress. My point was you sounded like you didn't know about water's unique properties and I just assumed basic chemistry was a distant memory for you. No offense intended.
