Good news. It's been back and forth with proposal and counter-proposal, but it looks like things will mostly stay the same for now. The PUC will hopefully approve keeping things the way they are until measures are taken to impliment Amendment 37.

Here's a snip from the e-mail I've recieved:

The various parties involved with the net metering part of the rate case have reached a formal settlement.

This settlement must still be approved by the PUC. There is no reason to believe that the Commissioners will not approve it, but one never knows.

Net metering as a single net meter for systems 10 kW and smaller will be extended until the PUC concludes rulemaking on Amendment 37 (likely late 2005 or early 2006).
