I think the public is more interested in the space program than they were 20 years ago. I think this is a trend we should encourage. And I think it will drive investment. The fewer people who respond to congressional questionairres: "Why the hell are we wasting money in space???" then the more likely congress is to spend the big bucks.
I see things as improving over the long run.
