And, heck, compared to the rationalizations weâ€™ve sat through right here on HZ.

How many times have we heard that indeterminate incarceration without preferred charges is just fine unless you are a US citizen?

How many times have we heard it is ok to use whatever means your enemy uses, legal or not, humane or not, whether they match your rhetoric or not?
