Figures about the Mars missions
On october 29th last year, Spirit and Opportunity had produced a total of 50,000 pictures (much more by now!).
Viking Lander 1 produced 3,542 images in 79 months and Viking Lander 2 made 3,043 pictures in 49 months.
Mars Pathfinder and Sojourner made 17,263 images in 12 weeks.
