Sort of reminds one of old times.
If they were Vietnamese and they were dead, by definition they they were badguys.
I think if they're Iraqi and killed, wounded or tortured, they're "militant".
And, for the wounded or tortured, if they weren't before they are now.
As they say, the more things change the more they stay the same.
