The fastest way to reform SS in a meaningful way:
End all Congressional, Senatorial and Judicial Pensions, and roll them all into Social Security. And it should be done retroactively.
It would be an amazing way to clear the air and focus the collective minds of our leaders. we would stop hearing the fib that there is nothing wrong with SS in about 5 seconds. We would have a reasonable reform in place in a week.
