Thanks! So there have been a few stecthes of 4 years or more, 62-66, then 76-79 (almost; it makes it if you take the average), 83-89 (avg again) and 96-2000 (avg).
Still seems like a big gamble to me.
Also interesting - who was President in those intervals? (you good US citizens should know without having to look it up!)
