it is highly depressing for Brits.

Costs aside USA treatment for cancer and heart disease is more aggressive and more available.

Far fewer people in UK get beta blockers, angiograms and bypass. You are 4 times more likely to die of breast or postrate cancer in UK.

I would like to see the numbers for Canada.
