You don't have to read very many "comments" sections on either leftist or rightist blogs to make you seriously rethink the idea of raising the bar a bit on voting. I read Kevin's blog to see what Kevin has to say, and I'm not that interested in the opinions of most of the others, althought I've had some pretty reasonable discussions with some commenters.

Naturally, Kevin points out the slam on the right-wing nut, but as you noticed, there are some pretty good slams on the leftists, too.

It's no secret that Nordland is liberal, and doesn't think much of Bush, as even his reasonable answers show, but at least he isn't a loon.
