New Hpmie Security FBI SW is FUBAR
As with many large SW development projects this new case file SW for the FBI is hosed, over $100M spent and not usable. Sci Am had an article on the 'science' of Large Program SW development a few years ago. My take (from the inside) is there's not much science.
