Every woman I've ever known in the military can report sexual abuse.
Too much testosterone, "he said - she said", no commander wanting to deal with it.
I think the situation now is much, much better than it has been. It's being talked about, there are ombudsmen and women, and there are more women.
I'd give credit to the military for facing it.
