Negative pressure, or negative energy density
will produce repulsion according to GR.
If (three times the pressure + the energy density) is negative (with appropriate factors of C thrown in as needed) then gravity will become repulsive.
If the pressure is zero and the energy density is negative, then gravity will also become repulsive.
The "dark energy" supposedly has sufficient negative pressure to produce repulsive gravity.
