Actually I'm pretty sure this is fake
Googling "belgian urinals bush stickers" gets lots of hits, but they all seem to be neocon blogs and all that I looked at trace back to the Weekly Standard article.
That plus the use of English on stickers in a French-speaking country says "phony!" to me.
Raoul, have you seen any of these purported stickers?
