I'm embarrassed by my failure to pay attention to that simple principle but not for my enthusiastic desire.
BTW, I might ask, could NASA/JPL 'legally' sell off the operational rights for those rovers to a private [internet] corporation?
And could such a corporation issue [pay as you go] operation/programming instructions for the rovers that would be layperson friendly?
