You're almost hinting that George Bush's plans for a lunar
base may tank.

I don't know!...If NASA uses available hardware [AtlasV, DeltaIV, etc...], with a CEV that won't be designed on the Space Shuttle principle [I can be used for a variety of purposes] than you may see an American base on the Moon
in 15 years, otherwise...Sushi, anyone?
