Rosetta
I read a swiss amateur has already photographed Rosetta; here's his website.
46° 59' 11" North and 7° 30' 7" East
Telescope: Meade SCT 12" (30cm) at F/2.7, mount Astrophysics AP900GTO
CCD-Camera: SBIG ST-7
4 exposures of 3 min. each
Field of the image 22 x 17 arc minutes, north is up (inclined 17° to the
right)
The center of the image is at RA (2000) 11h 06m 48s, DEC +2° 15' 31"
The brightness of Rosetta will be at about 17 mag (?), but I can not
measure it more precise.
I'm looking for a picture but not for long; got to go to bed.
