I wish they had an English version on the Web somewhere.

Jonathan Swift also "predicted" the two moons of Mars,
as did Kepler. And I. S. Shlkovskii seriously considered
that Phobos was artificial in the 1950s, storing all the vast
knowledge of the ancient bygone Martian race.
