Very Nice Story.

But trust me...when you present a new cosmological model, no one sits around and nods in silent agreement thinking it most aptly fits the observations. 1/3 of the people in any audience are falling off their seats asleep unable to follow, another 1/3 is choking on their own contempt and trying to find anything to discredit any of the ideas presented while the final 1/3 are picking their noses while trying to figure out how they can rip off your ideas and research and take the credit.

By the way, heres the inside track on the dark matter galaxy:

It is just an example of these vortical flows which exist in all these various spectra. Every star in every galaxy is powered by its own little dark matter type "invisible" vortex which demodulates with regular cycles. Each galaxy, star, planet and atom is so constructed. Our own galaxy was first formed from demodulating "dark matter" and is still receiving energy from the central galactic vortex. (the center of the galaxy)

The lowly hydrogen atom is the first to emerge in our spectra as these vortices of energy condense and modulate. Observing a dark matter galaxy forming hydrogen is just another piece of the puzzle most cosmologists have yet to piece together. Infinite spectra are just to much to take in for most folks. 99.999 percent of the universe is energy outside our ability to measure. As a result we must observe closely the behavior and function of the energy we can measure.

Most can shrug off cosmology as a completely useless science which caters to the curious and the philosophers. Sadly, they fail to realize that all this energy is more than just a show of spectacular magnitude, but contains the secret to life itself and the immortality/infinite potential of all energy.

Again, nice story. A nice change of pace.
