A Good Case For Merging The CIA and FBI

That way we might finally get some human intelligence out of the CIA. The latest report indicates gross incompetance there. After the Iraq debacle, not to have human intelligence in Iran is ridiculous.

Not serious about the combination though just venting at the CIA.
