Pedestal craters and raised streambed?

Maybe I just can't see, but these all look like domed or pedestal craters, and the "riverbed" to be a raised feature. The craters all seem to be surrounded by deep trenches. I suggest that these craters may have formed from impacts through a layer of ice or mud, causing circular uplifts. They could be a combination of crater/volcano. I attribute the features near the upper crater to be due to wind erosion, not stream flow. Very complex and interesting geology. Thanks.
