Don't count on it
The mullahs have the Iranian people by the throat. Old time religion coupled with authoritarianism is an unbeatable combination. Assuming the Iranians don't get nuked, their theocracy will only slowly rot away like communism did in the Soviet Union (1917 - 1990: 73 years).
