Dear Mrs. Hughes,

Might I suggest several matters which could help with your task. These do not have seemed to have occurred with anyone in the Bush Administration, and therefore may seem novel. Try to keep and open mind, and maybe between the two of us we can come up with something.

First, stop the gratuitious killing, maiming and torturing of Muslims. They are culturally sensitive to their friends and relatives being shot up and strung up. The "just kidding" argument afterward doesn't seem to carry much weight. I need to apologize for their excessive sensibilities, it's just their nature to regard their friends much the way Westerners regard theirs.

Second, stop financing the expansion of Israel into the West Bank, and the "cowboys and Palestinians" slaughter with American planes, bombs, and other military equipment. Simply putting on an olive drab uniform doesn't change the nature of terrorism.

Third, use Iraqi funds for Iraqi good, not to enrich Halliburton, et al. (I know, that's a bit much. After all, Americans are dying in order to protect the Bush right to shovel money to Halliburton. But, it's something outside the box to conider.)

Fourth, well, there's too much, and I don't want to overload you. If you will work on those, maybe the rest will take care of themselves.
