BTW the numbers that make this such a crisis.....

Let me see if I recall right:

1996-2000 Senate approved 35 of 51 appeals court nominees
2000-2004 Senate approved 35 of 52

Yet filibustering, blue slipping and anonymous holds were all OK back in the day, but unconstitutional now?

Both sides as bad as each other....
