Doing talks is GREAT!
I've given two talks on the Mars Exploration Rovers, one to the Leicester University Astro Soc, and one to the Northampton Natural History Society.
Off the back of the later, I've been invited to give a 1hr talk to the British Astronomical Assoc (April 23rd, English Heritage Lecture Theatre, London) which will be dedicated to Spirit, with a follow on about Opportunity in Nov/Dec. I'm also due to talk to the Leicester Astro Soc in June.
I must admit - it's great fun and a real pleasure to show people what these rovers have done - something which the mass media have failed to do.
