I wonder how many fraudulent lawsuits are going to arise out of this.
Another problem I see is people who will file claims against BP even thou they were not hurt, or even near the explosion.
I already saw one such questionable character on the news last night. They were going on about how they were injured by the blast, however, you could not see any injuries on them. Their cloths and hair looked fine with no signs of being near the blast, but I bet they already found a lawyer.
