It's not too funny how quickly the President, Congress, and Court dealt with the Schiavo matter...

...at the same time that the needlessly torment their fellow citizens by denying doctors the tools they could use to improve their lives.

(I'm talking about heroin for the relief of terminal pain and marijuana for the treatment of glaucoma and the side effects of chemotherapy.)

This goes on every day, day after day, week after week, year after year...

The lot of them are full of themselves, and while it's hard to come to grip with it, opportunistic cowards to boot... hard words, but life is what it is, and they simply can't face up to talking about it frankly with those who entrusted them with governance...
