"Absoulutely question 'husband'/or wife on hearsay"

Where is the hearsay? This makes no sense- is it hearsay that Mr. Schiavo is the husband? One of the strengths of mariage is that the spouse is afforded the ability to make these caregiving decisions. You want to take that away, then be honest about it. 'Hearsay' has nothing to do with anything here.

"You're so entrenged on politics and religion you're fogetting what's at stake here. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS"

No, thats precisely what is at stake here and thats precisely what you seek to over-ride. Mr. Schiacvo has rights here that are being abridged. Beyond that, according to the facts of the case, TS is Cortically brain dead- if you bothered understanding what that means, I doubt you would be screaming for her individual rights.

"Disabled people with a loving home... bless them and more power to them."

Your claim is that she is disabled. This is nonsense. You have not defended this claim nor can you defend this claim. I challenge you to do so: show she is merely disabled, or define how PVS/Cortical brain death is actually disabled.

I'm waiting.

This is nuts. Absolutely nuts. Why should I bother arguing with you when you wont engage on the facts? This is like arguing Yetiology.

"Spousal abuse. Women's rights being set back twenty years.
"

How does respecting the rights of married people to make caregiving decisions set back Womens rights or foster spousal abuse? This is what it is: BULLSHIT! These are scare tactics with no grounding in fact.

Had Mr. Schiavo been abusive to TS, or if he had caused in any way her state, and had this been established in court- then his rights to make caregiver decisions would be legally removed- it happens EVERY day.
