Democracy off to NO start in Iraq
Puppet governments kept in power by foreign military occupation ain't "democratic" except to American conservatives, whose idea of democracy is decidedly screwy.
Were it "democracy", and if there were a representative government, supported by the people, no foreign military presence would be necessary.
And this is about a "democratic" as Afghanistan, where the President rules one and one have cities, and is guarded by 200 American Special Forces troops.
