Blaming the seals for the drop in fishing is absurd.
The waters have been grossly overfished. The seals are not multiplying beyond their previous levels. The HUMANS are, and in the process, are killing off the aquatic life faster than it can be renewed by natural process. Instead of killing the seals, there should be a huge reduction in fishing so that stocks can return to their natural levels. Then there will be fish for all, humans and seals both.
