just turn off 'autofill' in Safari preferences .. I was too lazy to do it before
I use Mozilla when I'm in OS9, as HZ software doesn't work with Explorer - Mozilla seems slower than IE though. Safari seems to work well and fast in OSX and I hardly get any pop-ups .. I might try Mozilla in OSX one day for the ad-blocking, but for now am trying to keep as much free HD space as I can on this old Imac
