Arnold takes on the Teachers' Union & the Legislature
Arnold has managed to PO the entrenched interests by attempting to remove the state legislature's power to gerrymander voting districts, assigning the power to an independent panel of judges, and has incurred the wrath of the powerful teachers' union by (Gasp!) backing merit pay and changes in tenure requirements. He wants to replace the expensive state pension system with 401K style private accounts. Good to see a pol actually exhibiting leadership.
