Ah yes, yet ANOTHER paper study. Add it to all the other "plans for Mars" that folks on the MSNBC Space board used to get all lathered up about. I'm not trying to be critical of posting that info here. Thanks. Just frustrated that the US, Russia and everyone has largely abandoned the successful philosophy of "build a little, fly a little, repeat" that got us through the 50s and early 60s.
