I doubt there's much recourse other than to answer the questions, but I'd probably attach a letter of complaint about the intrusiveness of their questions. The US Constitution specifies that a census be taken every 10 years, but why do they need to know all of that other stuff other than to make work for busybodies and bureaucrats?
