I don't support any "re-do" of the Washington election--there's way too much of that crap as it is--but I wouldn't mind a complete analysis of the votes being published.

After the 2000 election, Democrats howled endlessly about the unfairness of the "obsolete" Electoral College, and how Bush could not possibly be considered the "real" winner when the popular vote put Gore on top. "Abolish The Electoral College" became the latest thing.

After 2004, the very same Democrats did a "180" that Batman would have envied. Suddenly the popular vote was utterly meaningless, and those few votes in Ohio meant everything. Welcome back to the fold, Electoral College. We didn't mean it! Really!
