Billions of 'free money' for education
Just ensure that at least 65% of edu $ gets spent on teachers and educating pupils. That would free up billions in pissed away infrastructure and inflame the entrenched parasites like the DoE and the Teacher's (sic) Unions. Oh and before you say it can't be done, half a dozen states ranging in size and demographics from NY to NH are already there. Remember when we had fine public schools and higher SATs without the bogus scale factors? There was no DoE back then.
